(iii) the provision of the Services to you by Renata Blicharz is, in the opinion of Renata Blicharz , no longer commercially viable.

7. Governing Law

All content published and made available on our eduscrum.com.au is the property of Renata Blicharz and Site's creators. This includes, but it is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloable files and anything that contributes to the composition of the website.

9. Severance

(a) If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.
